A limited number of ECR discounts will be available, and will be given to “first come, first served” basis. If you meet the eligibility criteria, please contact the conference organisers and we will get back to you within 1-2 weeks with the outcomes of your application. If successful, you will be expected to submit an abstract and to pay for your registration (at reduced costs) after acceptance of your abstract.

IMSTEC 2020 will be using PayPal for all of our secure e-commerce payment system. Even if you don’t have a PayPal account you are able to use your credit card on this platform.
All cancellations must be received in writing sent to IMSTEC2020 at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received 3 months before the start of the conference will be refund in full minus a 10% admin fee. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received 2 months before the start of the conference. Unfortunately, cancellations received 1 month before the conference or for no-shows at the conference, no refund will be issued. Unfortunately, no refund will be provided in the event of unsuccessful visa application.
